If you decide your Ergonomyx solution isn't quite right, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Our team is happy to help. You can return your Ergonomyx solution for any reason — even if you just change your mind. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your Ergonomyx solution is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand.You are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be made in the original packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, there is an additional $30 per item repackaging fee. Once the item is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in as-new condition we will issue a refund less repackaging fees (if applicable).
You can exchange any Ergonomyx solution in your order up to 30 days after delivery for any reason, just pay shipping. All exchanges must be made with the original Ergonomyx packaging. If you do not have the original packaging on hand, you will be charged a $30 repackaging fee per item. If applicable, our team will work with you to coordinate a day and time that works to simultaneously drop off your new item and pick up your exchange. If the item you are exchanging for costs less than the original item, we'll refund the difference to your credit card. If the new item costs more, we will charge the difference while setting up the exchange. We're unable to offer free exchanges outside the Greater Victoria, BC area, but please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to provide a shipping estimate.
